I was Hired Mercenary , dragon was Hired Mercenary to. and there was another casino (im Monster Clown) the manager of the other casino hired us to shut down this casino because its not good for his bussiness... its not RDM , or Random raid , i didnt bet at the casino i was raiding and dragon didnt bet to.

It is confusing me now a littlebit, cause you were raiding with a rebel in a Suite?
I see here no valid roleplay reason to kill a Person. It does not give you the permission to kill People without a valid raid reason, even if you were hired.

First I told the rebel he cant be Hired Mercenary like us , but he didnt listen to me , the other casino owner hire just me and dragon and not the rebel.
and for kiling a person , a few weeks ago a guy who was hired to killed me because i was disturbing the business of the guy who hired him.. when i told the admins , they say its a vaild reason....

That would be hitmanRP but it wasnt really Roleplayed what you guys did... you just ran in and made an execution on a passiv rp... if you do it right, you should hostage him or fear him first, but not rush in and shot him down. thats not RP in my opinion.
