Have you got any other evidence to support this?
Right now it looks like the molotov could've just hit the prop, we don't know how long it's been there. Falcao, Fearless Administrator.

Usually it's difficult to see with screenshots only, having video evidence would help a bunch.

I know exactly what went on in this instance as there was previously an issue with it that was demonstrated by a former community member.
This is a bug with the advanced duplicator tool, not intentional manipulation. Hitman Fearless Administrator
