I believe we should be unbanned because the punishment issued by Generation was false and for many reasons. Firstly the point that We Did have a valid reason to pay the "Race Sabotager" ([FL:RP] DylanJamesPenn). We paid Dylan (Also Banned) to slow down our competition and make sure we were always in the lead during the fore taking race. Dylan completed the job and the race was completed successfully. When questioned about this Generation could only respond in we did not have a reason and when questioned by Kerbal for the reason he resulted to banning him to not have to deal with him. So me and Dylan questioned him and the reason was the same "It was not Valid". But with clear evidence was. I cannot comprehend how Generation cannot understand that a payment to slow people down is Valid Reason. About 15 minutes after the race ended we were all called to the sit and even the owner of the event (Summotion) stated he believe it made the race more interesting.

Another thing I would also like to state is that how the ban was for "6 Hours". Yes that may not seem like much but come to think about it some people get 1 Day for Teamkilling and you are trying to say that hiring someone to do some with proper initiative is breaking the rules? After this was stated we said to Generation is there no way then I this is supposedly not valid that we could get some form of blacklist which he had no idea what he could reinstate. Also while waiting in this situation Generation had to go AFK for 5 minutes to try an think of a relevant reason to ban us because he could not find one fit.

I believe what he reinstated as punishment was unfair and incorrect he only took one side of the story and would not answer questions we asked him. We could have understood him more if he would actually answer our questions instead of using the same response and then getting flustered and ending the sit by banning people at different times with a lot of space in-between. From our positions this looked very unprofessional as he was dismissing the case instead of answering his motive to do it.

Dear Generation,

In your post above you stated that we spoke about it for a long time. That is very incorrect as we were indeed on a rooftop and then you decided to go away from keyboard for about 9 minutes. We waited patiently and finally you got back and immediately banned Kerbal whilst She was mid sentence. You obviously took no regard as to our side of the story and you were not even online when said tranquillizing took place. I'd appreciate if a Super Administrator looked into this case as my unban request have already been denied.

The fact is that [FL:RP] DylanJamesPenn (STEAM_0:1:87369477) was hired on the day of 23/04/2016 by [FL:RP] Kerbal (STEAM_0:1:71438206) & [FL:RP] Joe Joe Binks (STEAM_0:1:110109118), competitors of the Evocity Marathon. You wanted to cheat on the passive event organized by [FL:RP] Summotion (STEAM_0:1:42090587) together with a pretty sure way to win which would ruin the roleplay and the fun of others people : Tranquilize as much as possible competitors.

But after reviewing this case on my side, I consider that he tranquilized two competitors and one staff member of the event which proves that he randomly shot everyone. I will just come-back on one fact that you discussed during the situation : Passive or Agressive Event ? Why the hell would it be an Agressive Event ? It’s told on the forum : Evocity Marathon, not Hunger Games...

Once again, these bans were completely justified and should not be lifted or shortened in any way.

As stated above you still are unable to verify why. We did not tranq everyone. We only hit the people which were infront of us. The Race had loads of people but we only knocked out the ones needed. Also the owner of the event said it made the event more exiciting.

I'd like Generation to tell us why he went away from keyboard for about 9 minutes. In that time we waited...and waited....and waited. We did not disconnect. We did not commit suicide. We stayed there. I'd like an advances administrator to look at this case as Generation at the time. Did not even get half of our side before he banned Kerbal.

So if someone says it’s fun or not, can this excuse your actions? No, I don’t think so. It’s like if someone say: “Go RDM everyone on the street, I give you my m4 to do it” Will you really do it? No, with that amount of hours, I think you should know the rules.

Lastly, that’s true, you waited 9 minutes because I was checking the logs but when I came back, I didn’t immediately banned Kerbal, so you’re lying in The Courthouse. You started to discuss about the status of the event (Passive/Aggressive) [during 2-3 minutes], then you said something about Powergaming (about invisible darts) [discussing about it during 2 more minutes later].

With the amount of hours that I have, and the time I have spent on the forums, I full well know not to lie in the courthouse. If you are accusing me of lying then I would class yourself as lying in the courthouse aswell. I'd also like to pull out to the courthouse and to tell the advanced experienced administrators that you were extremely cocky and disrespectful within this moderator sit. You were biting back and sniping at everything we had to say.

I'd like to ask [FL:M] Generation who this message was directed at. I'd also like to say that in this /r it states 'I did say previously it made the event more exciting...'
I'd like to highlight the word 'previously'
If Summotion used that word in which he did, this clearly shows that he did say before that this 'random' tranquing did make it more exciting before he added the last part of the message in /r.
