Why we should unban you: ( I recently got banned for scamming but what happened was that it was an unlucky time because after he gave me the money and weapons i had the connection error on my screen and the game went off and i didn't have long because i had to go shopping so i didn't join back because i take like 5-10 minutes to get into the game as i have a crappy PC so i though if hes on later il give him the car which was part of the deal or the money and guns which ever he wants, but when i got home and tried to join it said im banned, ,Thanks. )

You did not want to give him the vehicle before him paying you. You wanted him to give you $110,000 and all his weapons. When he gave you all that you disconnected by user. Lying in the courthouse is not allowed. Why would I believe you had a "connection error"? You disconnected right after he gave you all the stuff.
