You asked Soul a different question to what this case is.

The way you went about it looked like RDM.

The FailRP bit is you putting a doctor under gunpoint outside the GOVERNMENT building, that's why it's FailRP.

Non only is the instance Falcao mentioned FailRP if you indeed put him under gunpoint outside a government building, you also can not kill someone for items in their inventory which it sounds like you have done. I personally view this ban as valid.

I am also pretty sure that in the question you asked, Soul took it as if people were aiming guns at each other. If he knew it was an inventory item I can almost guarantee you the answer would be different. You have never been allowed to kill for inventory items.

Just my opinion on the matter.
