Summary: Cookiro propclimbed to get inside the base (shown in the first video. Its hard to see but if you look close at it you see him place an freeze a prop and jump on it to get on the fence). Also helping cops as criminal to raid (The screenshot). As seen in the second video i tried to get over the fence myself whitout props and its not possible.
