Why we should unban you: First of all there is no rule stating I can't call someone a noob in pm,however I can't do this in OOC. I haven't done this in OOC OR LOOC so I don't understand why I'm banned for saying it in /pm.
If this is denied state the exact rule number I have broke,and not the OOC rule cause it was pm.
