Why we should unban you: Nighthawkd has left the server and therefore the ban doesn't count anymore, thats what it seems like. Additionally the ban would have expired by now if it wasn't extended by him. All the bans i've looked at who have been placed in by Nighthawkd have been removed.

PS: 
I never double accounted to avoid any ban - I have another steam account but have never used it for fearless in order to avoid any sort of punishment.

The ban does still count even if I left the staff team. If things worked that then everyone would be unbanned. You double accounts and got caught.

I never double accounted in order to avoid any punishment - I have said this since I was accused and even Suarez (who first accused me - ultimately leading to a perma) stated that he believes this was a missunderstanding.

 It has been a very long time since this ban and above shows where you can place your trust - having Suarez comment twice on both unban appeals shows that he disagree's with this ban.

I have been wrongfully banned for 6 months - probably more as I lost count - all I ask is that I be unbanned... I have not "double accounted" before or after this ban took place...

I uploaded a recording I took before I was banned for 2 weeks and made a ban request.
Tomo thought I was on another account and that I recorded this evidence whilst on the alt account.
1. Say if I did alt account (I didn't but just think of it this way) - why would I upload a recording of me alt accounting.
2. On this recording you could clearly see this account had hundreds of hours on it - an alt account would not have triple digits when it comes to time played.

I am suprised that an administrator would think that someone is double accounting because a ban request was put up after they were banned - this is infuriating.

After this accusation they said that they found another account linked to mine. This was because I use a smurf account for CS:GO and after a few hours of playing I booted up gmod and went onto fearless whilst on this account and then realized it was my alt when I had no money etc... - this wasn't whilst I was banned, I did not avoid any ban - it was not intentional and this account which is linked to my main has almost no time played on fearless. This was explained in my previous post with the summary link (doubt you read it).
 
I have seen people admit to double accounting and get unbanned in the period of 2 months or less - I have claimed that I am innocent for over 6 months and still -  even after Suarez stated this was unfair and a missunderstanding - have not been unbanned.
What I did was an honest mistake and was blown out of proportion - if I double account why do you think I am still trying to get unbanned after 6+ months when I could reconnect on a different account?

AwestruckBullet also agreed, stating that the ban was just "petty reasoning". I would not risk my time played on fearless just to bypass a 2 week ban - after all the bans I have had, some probably longer than this.
All of this was caused by Tomo - it just is pure incompetence....





Now if you still think that I double accounted then that is just being purely one sided...

From where I'm sitting, I see no evidence that he actually double accounted? Just a minor joke from his side that could've been taken both ways, but clearly isn't nothing solid?

That's my view on it and I'll do some more investigating and get back to you.

Like Tomo wrote he is still banned for 11 Days on the fearless Server.
He Alt-Account to avoid the 11 day ban, that was the reason why he was perma banned - you allready proved it in this thread that he bypass the ban.

You claimed "you already know the answer to that" What exactly did that mean?

You also put "Inb4 al accounting" What did you mean by that?

How did you get evidence for that ban request while banned?


The questions above can help narrow down this current situation to the truth, so if you could get back to me with the answer that'd be great.

I will help you Falcao...
Astari confirmed in the last UBR that he have 2 accounts.(Both accounts are perma banned and linked to each other) Last year as Tomo gave him his last ban. he was banned for 11 days, in this 11 days he made a Banrequest on another player, Tomo proved his double accounting and gave him a perma ban.

After Astari realised that this banrequest is going afterwards he wrote: "inb4 alt accounting", what means he was on the Server before he alt accounting to make the ban request...

Here the screenshot of the last UBR, were he clearly comfirmed that he have two accounts:
