Summary: We were making our way up the Nexus and we get out on the jail floor to check the cells and there he was as a Citizen with a gun pointing to us. I then question him about this and he said he didn't care that He was breaking the rules and that it isn't the end of the world, He then decided to say that if he had it in his description that it doesn't matter that his Job is still Citizen.
