- Go to the Garry's Mod main menu.

I'd suggest checking that you have either downloaded all the content at http://www.fearlessrp.net/content or have subscribed to all the packs on both [FL] SoulRipper's and [FL] Avgar's Workshop Items before you do that, so you have all the files you need and don't need to download it while joining.

Try removing unwanted addons and lowering your video settings

Hey, If you're subscribed to the workshop add-ons for FL I'd try unsubscribing from them because this made all models errors for me. I just downloaded the content pack from the website and everything else was automatically downloaded while joining the server. I hope this helps you man.
