Summary: This guy broke NLR a few times, randomly cuffed us, tazed us, walked over ragdolled bodies, was being a huuuge minge and was FailRP'ing as Hell. Also broke some FearRP. Some guy joined the Governmental forces and killed him aswell, which counts as teamkilling according to me. MerleTheBully witnessed, QuLiFav CCC, and some others.
