Additional UBR rule

Seems fair, might help the administrators to keep the UBR section cleaned and sorted from old posts etc.
If the player in "case" really wants to get some action out of the request and if they take it serious, I think they should monitor their thread often enough.

Makes perfect sense. If we are held to that then the person who makes the thread should be held to it also.

Neutral for now.

What if the member is for any reason unable to reply within the 7 day period due to a Piwer Outage, broken computer, etc?

A staff member was Away and a UBR of his was approved automatically because nobody else took care of the case.

I'm sure many people use smartphones or have any other way of informing. Otherwise they can PM the admin later on. That shouldn't be a problem.

See this quite often actually, people make UBRs and then just forget about them

Sounds good.

It'll be valid to all Unban and unblacklist requests made from the 1st of April, 2016.
