Why we should unban you: I hopped onto v33x to check out the day/night system I didn't know there was, and I was confronted by two rebels, who clearly had the idea to take me as a hostage, I took up my AK47 and told the rebels to face the wall, I turned around to see a Nexus Desk Secretary running into the house in the slums, the rebel turned around and sprayed me down with an MP5, subsequently killing me. I reported this situation to all current admins on the server. Spear replied with "We can't do anything without proof, sorry". In this situation, logs would be a-ok evidence, as everything can be viewed from there, everything was dealt with over text chat. I replied to Spear with "Piss off" "The moderation on v33x is shite.", I immediately left the server afterwards, Upon joining the v2d server I was banned.
Tempski has extended my ban reason for unknown reasons.
I never directly insulted Spear, I'm not sure what it's called, kinda like a figure of speech, I didn't mean for Spear to piss off and not help me with the situation.

You were disrespectful against me and told me to fuck off and disconnected while I was talking to you on tides roof. How was that not a valid ban?
Edit: You got mad when I told you that I can't do anything since I did not see the situation. Such things as FearRP is ofcourse not visible in the logs. As the ban reason says your attitude were poor and you clearly disrespected me and insulted me. You also should not disconnect while you are infront of a staff member talking to you on a roof. The ban reason is valid and I think you already know that my friend.

I still need to see the situation to be sure if there is FearRP broken. The logs doesn't proove it. I do not want to take any false action against the players if they are innocent. All I can do is to talk to you both on the roof which I did not have the time for due to you insulting me so I wanted to take care of that first.

You also mentioned that moderation on v33x is shit which also makes me feel like you are insulting me and saying that my work there is bad. I brought you to the tides roof and you stood there infront of me. After 4 seconds you disconnected right infront of me while I were talking to you.
After your call I went there, you were already dead and no FearRP noticed. I were about to bring you both to the roof but you directly insulted me and that changed the situation.
You told me through steam you did not mean to insult me. I could understand that but then you should not disconnect. You should explain that to me on the roof instead and then you would not get that ban. My view looks like you insulted me and disrespectfully left to avoid talking to me.
I told you that we can not do anything about the situation since we did not see the FearRP breakage. I were still going to bring you both to the roof to talk about it making him understand about FearRP even if he boke it or not just to explain. However, that doesn't give you the rights to tell me to fuck off.
