Not being funny but the VP was letting civilians into the garage and the president at the time (Paddington Bear) had told the authorities that under no circumstances were civilians allowed in the nexus. Also i do believe it was a lockdown but i do not quite remember so you can disregard this sentence if you wish.

The reason i demoted you was as Pedo Bear stated you were letting civilians into the garage, also i had a report from one of my SRU Yogi Bear that you were working with the criminals and so they could assassinate me, which is fail rp by the VP.
