Summary: This player posted a PR on me a couple of minutes ago (that was approved within three minutes of it being posted, leaving me with no chance to defend myself), with a video containing evidence of him abusing third person to his advantage see the enemy beyond the booth he was in.

The accused user, as stated himself, did not exploit 3rd person.
The provided UBR that Random Gamer linked makes it clear that what he did was not violating the server rules.
