Title of Suggestion: Add a type off Police Radio

Description: Adding in a Police Radio for Better Communication under the Goverment

Why:That would be better if you in a shootout or some else situation to call for reinforcement or backup likley:,, when you press the Alt + X key on your Keyboard for an examples to turn On or Off the police radio. Or likley to see on the pictures.

I'd like to see something that looks more...appealing to the eye, than what the Picture shows. Unless that is just something thrown together as an example.

I don't want people to speak in the background while I am talking to others on the server already. It would be a mess and you won't hear what people are saying. There should be a way to mute this radio if this is going to be implemented.
