Player report denied because of insufficient evidence of the accused player breaking the rules.
While your actions seemed suspicious to me at first, after much consideration I have come to the conclusion that I was basing that off of an assumption. Each player must be assumed innocent until proven guilty, which is the reason for the denial of this player report.
