One funny thing I spotted:Bucket exploit Npc's cant see any crimes while you put a bucket basket or kettle on their head.

I am a big fan of fallout serioes (which is working same engine as skyrim is)
i dont really like medieval games but though... is that really game worth playing? what are the main features in skyrim which are not included in fallout

This game is the greatest game in the history of humanity, apart from Deus Ex.
Buy it now. As an answer, Skyrim has so many more features, it's just 100x better overall, and I loved Fallout. Now Fallout seems sort of crap in comparison. Answer enough? Buy it now, on Steam, it's on sale, buy it buy it buy it.
