Closing notes: The laws are restrictive to certain group of people, you can raid the president for some of these laws if they indeed impact your character drastically.
Some of the laws are out of the ordinary, and should not be there at all. For example "Spanish people are mature at age 5", which is considered as a minor FailRP law.
