Summary:
V2D Server, Tonight, approximately 7:15PM EST: The SRU Unit and Myself breached his base, due to high walls and a possible hostage inside. We went in, secured the Hostage, then began detaining everybody inside. We began to handcuff the accused user, when he started to walk away, with handcuffs on. Last time I checked, attempting to run/walk away while handcuffed is a FearRP Violation.

Other Involved Users:
We were in the Public Government TeamSpeak Channel. Hungames is involved, as well as anybody else in the channel at the time.
