Bug: Snowball disappears when you are tied up or handcuffed.

The thread title pretty much sums it up.

With the new Christmas update I have found if that if you are handcuffed or tied up and released, you can no longer throw snowballs as it is classed as a weapon and being handcuffed and/or tied up makes you put your weapons away in you inventory.

This means you cannot use the snowballs until you respawn.

Fixed on next server crash/restart. Snowballs should be given after being released from handcuffed/tied up/in jail state.

I'll leave this thread open just in case some other case of losing the snowball comes up.
