Why we should unban you: So I was in the middle of a raid, while I all of a sudden got banned by moderator WorldWideCoffee for what appears to be 'Abusing third person to see through someones wall and destroy their contraband', I shot the wall a couple of times, heard this metallic sound the contrabands use to make  when they get shot, and I gently burst fired through the wall whenever I heard the hits, and the money adding up, I heard the contrabands spawn money, which lead me to figuring out they were there.

I was quite shocked to see the ban reason, and I asked my friend straight away to PM the mod in order to find out how he came up with the assumption, which made the moderator confess it was an "educated guess...."

When you can post evidence properly, and not twist it in your favor, then we can talk about unbanning your friend.

WorldWideCoffee has admitted in PM that he's made an educated guess, and that the evidence are his "eyeballs", now, bans are objective but also work on a case to case basis, so there is ground for subjectivity, but, since this specific ban is issued based purely on subjective advances, it fails to comply with what the FL system as a whole stands for, and any ruling system, there is no objective ground work to this ban besides the mod's word, and while a mod is a respected position in Its own right, we mustn't forget that all of us, that includes the administion, work by this system, that keeps the server in order with Its rules, while I'm sure a mod's word is worth more than mine, I'm appealing to you by saying that this isn't a rightful ban on a greater scale - it breaks the fundemental rules to issue a ban and overrule the system by saying, this is what I saw, and I will now issue a ban based on my own testimony.

I request the ban removed and myself unbanned under the law of presumption of innocence, which states, a suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty, and an "Educated guess" does not warrant proof, as the judges of this case, whoever you may be, please review this carefully and be impartial, this is not a light matter, thank you.

Well, you still fail to admit that you cut out part of our conversation that explains my real reason for banning your friend. And still seem to be on this kick about how me watching your friend do what he did is not sufficient evidence. Your friend entered the other guy's home, ran upstairs, found no contra. As he came down the steps, he stopped and turned to the contraband, which was between a wall and him, and perfectly nailed it. Didn't miss a single shot. So I got suspicious as to how he found the location of it. Your friend then walks down the hallway, horizontal with the wall, and moves his character left and right, trying to find the angle in which he can see through the wall. He then goes down the hall, and is perfectly parallel with the contraband on the other side of the wall, crouches, and hits that perfectly without missing a single bullet. It's complete bullshit that he didn't know where it was.

By the way, if you didn't know this about unban requests, the person who banned you is judge, jury, and executioner. So I don't know who you're trying to appeal to with that little "law of presumption of innocence", because your friend isn't innocent in the slightest. And since you still cannot post the part of our conversation where I give you my detailed reason for banning your friend, you can consider this unban request denied, and his ban extended to a week.

I was lenient with a day, because abusing third person is abusing a bug. And that comes with hefty consequences. But the fact that you tried to lie to higher staff, and make me look like a fool and that I got my evidence by a assumption, is spitting in my face.
