Summary: He was speeding, an officer then caught him when he was getting petrol, the officer told him multiple times to get out, and he even admitted to break fearrp in OOC (check screenshots)

Screenshot #1: This is when he was stopped, and told to get out the first time




Screenshot #2: On this screenshot, you can see that he's being told multiple times to get out of the vehicle

It's funny, I already had my gun out. Once I had finished with the police I got in my car, the cop next to him broke fearrp and tried turning it on me.
