Title of Suggestion: Very useful props for all who like to RP.

Description: It's a pack of props from The Sims 2. It has many clean, real-life props. (unlike HL2)

Why: This pack offers props that many people already need and try to make with other props (piano, coffee maker, sponge, broom...). They end up using 30 props to make a piano when it could be just 1 prop and decrease server lag.
