Summary:
Only recorded the last part of the instance, he pulled a knife out during gunpoint, ran after us(we had guns) with a knife. Then he put the knife down and tried to run away, there was also some rebels trying to help him get arrested(he was also a rebel, which counts as failRP).
I am not sure if this evidence will be enough, or is very clear of the situation, but i only recorded fractions of the situation.
