I would like to add that they then became gun dealers to powergame ammo and guns to supply then selves, racking kills up to 80 for razz, and 50 for greyface.

I can confirm they were RDMing on the v_33x server. I got killed by Razz couple times, he was an SRU at first shooting everybody in the city. He said that the reason he wanted to do it was to "reach 100 kills" (he had about 80 kills when he left).
Also as Arxxy said, he was self supplying with weapons and ammo as a gun dealer. Also he was spamming his mic while killing me.

Approved. Both players have received a day ban by a moderator. These bans will be heavily extended.

I will also add a large weapon blacklist for if they eventually get unbanned.
