Unwritten Rules

Hello guys, I would like to do a service to people regarding unwritten rules. If you post the unwritten rules you thing that need to be addressed and reviewed I will ensure they are reviewed by the majority of staff who take part, then to be finalised by Grub and Soulripper. If worst comes to worst I will type up a document regarding them to aid everyone understand.
So feel free to post a unwritten rule and I will add them to the list to be looked at.
Some of the rules below may or may not be valid, this is what we are going to clarify.
List of unwritten rules:

• SRU Cannot patrol
  
• SRU are not personal guards. They may escort but not guard.
  
• You cannot shoot up the elevator
  
• FearRP doesn't apply when shot at or hit
  
• Forum Bumping
  
• You can't steal ambulances and firetrucks while they're in use
  
• Once a shot has been fired in a hostage situation the cops may breach
  
• Admins can't use their physgun or noclip to help themselves or someone else in a raid
  
• Using console commands to move your character
  
• No camera spamming
  
• Roleplay names must be realistic
  
• Do not steal cars from in front of the Nexus or on main street
  
• Do not disconnect to avoid NLR Timer blacklist
  
• Can one person get multiple people under FearRP? (e.g. an entire room or gang)
  
• Is a gang able to forcefully demand the release of a gang member that is being detained?
  
• If an admin breaks a server rule but is not abusing any of his administrative tools(for example they break fear rp), should this report should be placed in the Player Report section rather than the Admin Abuse section as they would not be abusing their admin tools?
  

Side note:
I will start on a thread regarding unwritten rules on Saturday 10th October, so make sure you get as many unwritten rules you want reviewing on here as quick as you can.

You cannot patrol as SWAT
I feel this should be added, but I also think that if we have a Dictatorship they have the ability to roll out SWAT units to roam the streets and patrol.

You cannot shoot up the elevator
I feel this should be added, it's a clear unfair advantage for anyone outside of the elevator.

FearRP no longer applies if you're shot or hit (even if weapons are pointed at you).

Ah right, well I've always been told you're allowed to do it so i've been doing it. 

Another unwritten rule is you can't steal ambulances and firetrucks while they're in use.

An unwritten rule is that you cannot use console commands such as +Left and +Forward. Also in this thread: http://www.fearlessrp.net/showthread.php?tid=63609 It says that you cannot use noclip during a raid as an admin, it should be changed to something like you cannot use noclip to help your friends during a raid unless you are stuck in a world prop or something similar.

The second one isn't in effect as Nighthawkd used noclip and his admin physgun while raiding me and it was deemed to be within the rules. I am suggesting that you add something such as "Unless stuck in a world prop or a friend of his is".
