I've downloaded everything on the Download page, even went as far as to buy and install Half Life 2 Episode 1 and 2 and still get errors such as car taillights showing up as pink and black errors for me and other errors. I need help, what else do I have to install?

Have you tried verifying the integrity of the game cache?
If not Right click Gmod on your Steam Library > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity of Game Cache.

Maybe try re-downloading the vehicle packs we use manually?
