V2D: Player admitted to breaking NLR to get my name because I supposedly CDMed him when I was no where near him. While getting petrol at the BP where he was CDMed, I saw his body and called a medic. He was DOA. Then he came back and said "You getting a BR" to me through voice chat.

My guess is that he has me confused with another person, as I was using a fairly common Player Model for Police.

Well, I just fixed it, thanks for pointing that out. 

Logs can prove that I called a medic to your aide while you were injured, but none arrived. Logs can also prove that when you were CDMed I was in the Connectivity Road tunnel, assisting someone else. 

Also, you said that you had proof that it was me?

Please share it, I'd love to see how wrong you are. 

However, I could be mistaken as to my location at the time of the offense. If I did hit you with my vehicle, it was completely unintentional and I apologize as I was unaware that you were hit.
