Well sometimes i see in others profiles there got in signature these four big sticks.and in there they have picture on there.....how can i explain that its look like tis http://www.fearlessrp.net/sigs/ so are there create there self? or how? because i want make that but dunno what do to

There called signatures, (The Four big sticks your talking about) you can edit your Signature in the 'User CP' part of your forum account,
People base there signatures around the Fearless Logo and put pictures inside of the logo with their name and a quote, to personalise it.
If you would like one made for you, i suggest going to one of the signature stores in Discussions > Creativity > Signature Store (The signature stores are user made, so for example it could be called "Yellow's Signature Store"
