Description: Allow users to post Abuse threads Why: Why is there a section for Admin Abuse that we can't post in? Kinda stupid

Not really enough detail in your suggestion and we already have a Admin Abuse section, so why need an abuse section, next time put thought in your suggestion and fill it properly in some detail
