Welcome to P&S Dupe Market, quality dupes making your roleplay much easier.

We'll make you quality dupes and we will never resell dupes made for you.

However if we build dupes and the buyer never pay, we will set it for sale on this thread.

Our Rules

1. Be patient as making dupes may take some time.

2. Make sure you give us clear information in the request.

3. Do not re-sell our dupes unless otherwise agreed.

4. Do not request something unrealistic like "A house with interiors, max 10 props".

Pricing

When making a dupe we decide the price when we've finished building it - the price really depends on the outcome.
However if you expect to get a nice 2man dupe you should expect to pay at least 15k towards it.
The price will be discussed with the user when we've finished building it, if we cannot agree on a price it will be sold on this thread.
Please notice we will never ask for more than 100k, and that price itself would probably be a 4+ man dupe.
If you do not want us to use your dupe this needs to be specified when filling the template, this will cost an additional fee of 5k.

Sorry for not responding before now, I've been on "vacation".
I've choosen to deny your request.
When looking at your request it's highly unrealistic to build a 3+ story treehouse with interior, atleast with the requested 40 props.
