Reason: Slowbull and Zeldar (STEAM_0:1:27118960) forced me off the road for no reason. I was resistant in OOC, but just a thug IC. Got out of my car, stated that I couldn't hear them. Slowbull then said that I should give them each 100 or they'd arrest me for speeding ( there were no speed laws at the time and I was in a minivan... what a speed demon ). I got back in my car, and Bull shot it a couple times.
