Ban report on Karambit

Summary:
I was building a base as a Rebel, i built everything i needed and hit the prop limit, i had maximum amount of keypad at the time. I was building at downtown motors and had one keypad at car port gate and one near the main building door, leaving me none for my contra stash...
I invited my fellow rebels to join me in the RP, as i was decorating the house and hit the prop limit i needed them.
My rebel leader(Karambit) came into the base and decided that everything that did not have a keypad was "public" so he constantly went in to steal from my contra even though i told him not to.
I blocked the door for him so he could not come in, to the area i had my contra. He didnt afford his own so he took the money from mine. I repeatedly told him not to in LOOC.
He spammed fence-props to stop me from getting to my contra once i left the doorway.
After realizing i wasnt cooperating with his Fail RP he demoted me, and he placed a prop blocking the path into my contra, i owned both the door into the garage and the door to the main building, so it was my base... also i owned all the props in the garage aswell as the majority in the main building...
I'm mainly accusing him of Propblocking, but also fail-rp as he was stealing from my contra.
In my opinion, he's a quite toxic player with no intention whatsoever to roleplay.
