Surley putting rules around being a dictator will make it very limited and not much like a dictator at all. I feel the perma laws are limiting enough for a dictator, so to take away more things a dictator cannot change might not be a great idea? Just throwing it out there

One of the most entertaining RPs out there to perform. I think it should be more than 20 mins though, else everyone will be dictator.
