Prior to the event, OvEr_Z_JK! had gambled a single AR-15 at Rozzok's casino and won two of the weapons. During the event in which the AR-15 was stolen, Rozzok was passing over the AR-15 to OvEr and he was then RDM'd by Shup-p. After this, you then picked up the weapon that was meant to be given to OvEr, and he was soon RDM'd after such. Later after the massacre, OvEr realized that he had only received one AR-15 instead of the two he was supposed to get and called me.

Shortly after this unban request was posted, we shared a conversation over forum PMs system and we both were able to explain our points of view during such time.

That was most likely during the fight in the gas station, probably thought i was a dropped one from death, anyways they have it back now, probably some time before death, because i went in and returned it. However i'll wait it out and join back asap.

The problem I see with this argument is that Rozzok was killed by a Police Officer, so no weapon would have been dropped a pawn his death. And after I did some searching further down in the logs that I did see you did indeed return the AR-15 to Rozzok and this fact certainly does make things interesting.

Closing Statement


First of all, I wish to apologize for my late response as I wanted to post my response before you were unbanned but things did not quite work out that was as I was too tired to think straight on the day that you posted the unban request and I lost track of time on the second day. As for today, I am posting my reply at 1:30pm (-6 CST) and I would have posted earlier but my internet was dead for a very long time (6 hours to be exact). 

In my eyes now, after having a conversation with you about the ban, I feel that your heart was in the right place as for picking up the weapon. Rozzok was RDM'd during the process of him handing it over to OvEr and your idea of attempting to return it to him was a generous act (despite the fact that the weapon was meant to go to OvEr). As far as the problem with the gun being perceived as that being dropped from Rozzok's dead body, I think the heat of the moment of the RDMing that was happening on the server at the time probably would've brought anyone to think that the weapon was that of one from a dead body instead of from a gambling transaction.

Closing Verdict


Your heart was in the right place and I feel that, even though you are now unbanned, you can be forgiven and have the ban removed from your history.

Important things to remember: When a Police Officer or S.W.A.T. member kills another, no weapon will be dropped on the ground to prevent RDMing of others for their weapons.
