Yes, unfortunately it really is. As you might know, we're using our custom-made protection software in order to protect the servers against various attacks. Currently, there is no support for cluster-defined-server-selection. I've no time lately to add those functions since I'm quite busy with getting all the code ready for C++. However. Once I'm done with that I'm gonna work on cluster-support. Meanwhile you could just play on the DayZ server.

Couple of questions though;

Is the DayZ server going to have it's on sub-forum like the Minecraft one did?
Will we be able to make clans and stuff?
Will Faustie be making awesome updates to it? if not please do.

Yes
Teams, I think. You can't pretty much do a clan like Weyland-Yutani for example. The teams' goal will be to survive. Unless there is something else.
Obviously yes, maybe not that often, but yes.
