Reason: FearRP - FailRP, Running up to someone and punching two people because someone dared him.

Involved: Brynn: Banning me, bringing me to admin roof. Blurr: Running after me with baseball bat. and me.

Why we should unban you: The thing about FailRP is true. But FearRP is not true. Explained below:

He tok out a baseball bat at pic1, and I saw it. Then put it down. Then when I told him to come back behind the building, I did look at him from the point seen in pic2. I see him having a baseball bat running, and trying to hit me with it. Running after me to in pic3. When I get into the wall there I try to run on the side on the grass, which works as shown in pic4. I run this way back, shown in pic5 then he turns around running after me again. In pic6 you see us running back, at this place 2 CID members (Not gonna give names unless requested by you) pull a gun at the man chasing me and tell him to stop it. I do not remember exactly what they said. It was over voice chat (I think) from one of them, and one of them via chat (Still not quite sure). They said they would let him go off with it (Don't remember why, again).
Then I get brought by Brynn to the top of the roof of the clothing store (The building shown in pic1).

Note: I was thinking about letting it go, but I do not want "fearrp" on my record, as it was not true that I broke fearrp.
When Blurr hits after me, and outside the striking range of the baseball bat, fearrp is off.
Brynn said this range was still inside the striking range. But I am not able to be hit so I disagree with that.

If the "FailRP" part is not unbannable, I would atleast want a lowered amount of ban time, and the "FearRP" removed from the ban reason.

EDIT: As you can see the effort I've put into this UBR, and the fact I almost have 800 hours, as you can see below in my signature, I would not break FearRP. I am a dedicated player to the FL community and I play every single day, atleast 8 hours a day.

Let me start with the fearRP side.

When we was on the roof, I did a example, which contained two barrels, which represented you (one on the left), and blurr (one on the right).
Luckily, I took a screenshot of it.

Now, when I put you on those barrels, I asked ;

Now, If you look at my picture, we all agreed the range was what the picture states. Now if we look at your pictures, (Pictures 2,3, Possibly 4), none of them, match to the range we all agreed on.
Now at this moment in time, I don't see why you should be unbanned/or reduced in time.

EDIT : Just because you have played a certain amount of hours, does not mean you wont break the rules.

That was the closest to him I got, about there, when I tok the chance and ran on the grass in the side. I did forget to say that when you brought me, and I did not think about it. And for that I am so sorry. But still we did try if he was able to hit me and he was not, which for me would mean that rule 2.1d " FearRP applies to melee weapons, so long as they are within striking distance" was not broken.

Now the rules states that as long as they are not within a striking range, but me and Pinky decided it was a Striking range. Therefore, it lead to your suspension.

I did not think about it, as I said in my first reply to the post after you replied. I struggle with remembering things some times, and that is just how I am.

This isn't the same case, but I'd like to point out that you've previously broken FearRP when I pulled you over about two days ago and you ran over whilst I had a tazer, telling you to stop, and you also dismissed claims of broken FearRP...
