Alright so i have some issiues with like every light on the maps they are so god damn bright and it lights up like a huge area for me araound the light

Try going into your settings and disabling HDR.
Source is buggy, always will be a puggy pile of wank, HDR is especially bad so try disabling it.

Nope dint messing with any controls really. just installed gmod again on my new SSD ._. dint have this problem before.
Ill try to disable HDR

Did mat_hdr_level 0 in console
And tryed to disable HDR dint really work ._. derp But it made my game abit darker and the colors abit stronger
