I've added a bash function to the SWAT riot shield. Simply use primary fire within a short enough range and you'll do 10 damage and knock the player back a little. If their health gets low enough (below 40), there's a chance of knocking them out. Hopefully this'll be useful for some actual riot control in which you don't want to immediately start tasing people.
