Thread Title: Report: Base rules being broken, Prop Blocking

Summary: So we were on the v2d server, and we were raiding this guy. When we were doing that, i remembered the base rules saying "You cannot make a base on Evocity Main road..." I will be posting evidence of this. Then, we backed off to reload and such and when we tried to go in again, he was prop blocking the entrance of the store. He even said it in the chat. Quote "lol, i am prop blocking the door" (No evidence of this. Did not have screen capture up so i had to use in-game camera)
