The incidents began by me walking to the garage as the sergeant of the police, due to alot of gunfire coming from that area. Upon entering the garage i was fired upon by the SRU commander (who had gotten himself stuck in the roof) for no reason what so ever. I then took screenshots and did not retaliate to him. I then started to patrol the streets where i was repeatedly ran over by him. He persisted to kill me 10 times in total, each time being unprovoked and what seems to be a attempt to "troll" me because no staff members were connected to the server. :

As you can see i had 7 deaths and he had 6 kills, the other death was from the other person who was joining in on the rule breaking however i didn't have time to take any screenshots :
