Summary: I was a police officer and I witnessed these people shooting randomly and Wayne was teamkilling. Jeremy was the sergeant of the police at that time and he was shooting into an AFK person's car with an AFK random person in it. At the end, Jeremy left the sergeant position and I demoted Wayne for improper use of a weapon after he teamkilled so it would not be an OOC reason. I did not know who the fireman was who was spraying everywhere.
