Why we should unban you: Me and my friend, we were making a big construction, when we spawned some props, the server started lagging, we pushed a lot of the prop because we think that we fail-buttoned the prop, that explain the 4 props in 1 sec, that server registered and we didnt notice that and all the props what we spawned, appeared instantly after the break of the lag, then we gave up the construction because of the lag.. We were working so hard all days to buy donators and BMW and everything, and it makes no sense to lag the server prepositated... When we coming to v33x server to buy donator, we got banned. [b]We are so sorry but that wasn't our intention.. One more time we are so sorry for the problems caused because we just noticed the lag latter.. Sorry.[/b]

I was the one that received a call from Juan about your props lagging the server to hell; so bad I couldn't even connect.
I forwarded this to Zecon who checked the logs to find a huge amount of propspam from you both. He attempted to join undercover to watch you but the server was too light from your prop spam for him to even connect.
One question I do have, if you claim you're not guilty, how come 10-15 seconds after I connect with [FL] in my name you both just disconnect? Seems like a funny coincidence to me?

That's 30 of the same prop in a matter of 6 seconds. This is what would've started to cause lag, there's no excuse for that.

That's 40 of the same prop in a matter of 7 seconds. From this, It's quite clear that you're excuse of "the server started lagging" isn't valid, since you were the ones causing the lag. When I attempted to join whilst you were prop-spamming, it was impossible. As soon as you stopped and I connected undercover, it was fine, but it seems rather suspicious that you suddenly then disconnect as soon as someone (Wood) connects with the [FL] tag on:

Me and my friend, we wanted to make a big base construction with some floors, obviously, we need a big ones to save props numbers because of the prop count, we spawned a lot and stacked all of them one on anothers to construct them more easly and fast, we done that one time, then the server starts lagging like hell, then we deleted all because we thinked it was a normal lag of the server and we tryed again, that second time we discovered it was all our fault, when no0cry, my friend, disconnected from the server because his client have been blocked because of the lag and he retry to server, i gone to v33x server to buy donator for him because he doesn't got it, then we give up from the retry, disconnected again and gone to v33, believe, it wasnt for "run away" from you.. It's just a coicidence and we learned a lot in this believe.. It wasnt realy our intencion and we ask for sorry, sorry, sorry.. We ask sorry for all inconveniences we caused and we didnt go repeat it anymore, i promise and believe me please.. Im donator and i've all "my game" done, i just wanted to help my friend construct a big base for him because he needs a good duplicator, i can use more props than him and thats another reason he needs donator very much, thats why we spawned all our props than possible to do it, sorry.

Ultimately, I don't see how you cannot notice up to 30 props being spawned in front of you in a small time frame. Did it not occur to you that perhaps you "trying" to spawn in all these props like you said had something to do with the server lag? It's like Wood said, the circumstances are all too fishy since you mysteriously left as soon as someone with the [FL] tag on joined the server.
You claim that you are sorry, however I don't believe you are, since after looking at the ban page it is also apparent you completely disregard both the ToS and the server rules since you attempted to double account to circumvent your current ban:
Due to the circumstances and how it is all too apparent that you "didn't" know you were spawning in all the props and how you also left as soon as someone with the [FL] tag on makes me believe otherwise.
