Were you armed? In the video, the Officer was being shot by an armed assailant to the right of you which is why he was backing off and firing shots at him. Clearly he was in danger and he even blurted out something. Why were you approaching an officer who clearly was exchanging gunfire with someone else?

I was not armed he started shooting me before i started recording i only ran up to him to get his name on tape, the man you can hear shooting is a corleone member running to the aid of his boss after he has killed me ( He was not visably armed before the officer killed me).
