I'm selling some pretty nice and smooth dupes. I hope you're interested and possibly would like to buy them.
I've invested a buttload of time in actually building this shit and perfecting them so I want some good offers..

I've used this dupe and all i can say is: I love it. This is possibly one of the best and smoothest dupes i've made. Using this for a Chef RP is very cool to do. It comes with a working fan and it attracts customers.
(Note: Don't forget to unfreeze and unweld the fan and THEN toggle it. If not done correctly, the fan doesn't work.)

This is a very simple yet very effective dupe which usually stops people. The gates are controlled with buttons and hydraulics which rarely glitch out. Make sure the windows are no-collided so you don't fuck them up. You could also make this into a pay-toll or whatever you desire. The inside is not very decorated however, why would you? The windows are also used with hydraulics and can be opened / closed. It is possibly to drive through the gates but only at ''high'' speeds.
(Note: Freeze the signs and unweld every single prop on the signs which are attached to the hydraulics. After that you weld the letters back to the sign and unfreeze the props. Your signs now work. For the windows you follow the exact same procedure. Freeze the props, unweld and unfreeze. You can now use the buttons.)

This (contraband / hideout) base is simply, yet very effective. This dupe is complete with a smooth elevator and an unclimb-able wall which is lower than the average officer (So no reason to get raided for high walls). It also comes with a small hide-out near the door which you can hide in. During raids, people tend to forget there is a compartment hidden under there or rarely even see the keypad inbetween the garage doors. With this ''car ramp'' you could also drive your car inside using this plate. (Hence the name..) It also has a catwalk. This is why you only use this base for contraband to stay low profile. The weed farm is complete with sliding props so the weed all goes into one place so you can easily collect it. Simply press on your pots and collect it! (maximum of about 20 pots, haven't tried more.)

This is the base of the Decorated (Chef) Shop which is also for sale! It comes without any decoration so you can customize the dupee yourself. However the foundations have already been made for you! How handy is that? The foundations are pretty small, yet very effective making it nice for 1 to 2 men Roleplays! This can be used for BMD's, Gun Dealers, Chefs and possibly every other single job.. As long as you giveit your own personal touch!

This is the decorated dupe from the Shop Base which has 20 props. This one is very smooth and useful for Chef RP's. This can be customized however you would have to delete some props. You could easily put this dupe on a parking spot or on the sidewalk. Just make sure people don't get CDM'ed when you're helping a customer! This dupe gets all the eyes on you with it's fancy assets! Could also be pasted on the lake dock for selling fish or doing a Bar Roleplay while fishing INSIDE this nice build.

A (Simple) Nexus Security checkpoint with two fading doors. Easily managed by a Nexus Desk Secretary!
It comes with an RT Camera so you can see who is outside. Also provided with a small stairway that leads up to a ''balcony'' which has a nice overview of the whole Nexus Lobby.
(Note: Do NOT shoot from the balcony! It is considered doomfort and you will be punished for your actions.)

Definitely one of my best builds. This is complete with two elevators, one for personal use and one specially designed to fit a (Family sized) car on there. The car can be left on there at all times. Both of these elevators are 100% smooth and have NEVER glitched out! Inside the room there is space enough for about 3 cars. Price-wise this will be worth your money, no doubt. With your specially designed (hidden) space you can easily make that money back with your contraband! Cops will not even notice the base since it is hidden behind these trees. Get raided for contraband? Which contraband! There is no possible way they could have seen or heard it so far up in the sky. The space under the stairs is designed for possible hostages or just a cupboard space.. Doesn't matter what you use it for.

You are allowed to shoot INSIDE the base as long as you're on the same level of your target.)
