Summary: Well, me and my friend Ducky were setting up a gun store, but we got distracted because two "Corrupt Cops" decided to minge around and FailRPing outside our shop, harassing innocent citizens. We then confronted them about it and they didn't give a decent RP Response.  
Evidence:
In the first scene here this innocent citizen is being harassed by these two cops.
There isn't any sound in the second part but you can see that he responds with "You look like a loser" when we ask why are you doing this
