Back to the topic. It depends on the situation of course. The problem is that a 14 year old may not understand the situation and the age difference as you do. I'd say that it strongly depends on the person you're considering to be with. Although 7 years is a huge age difference which would itself probably make the relationship awkward for both of you, especially when the girl's parents find out in some cases. Also don't forget that the 14 year old's sexual sides are still developing.

Of course it's ultimately your decision to make.

14 is under the age of consent in a lot of places so regardless of consent anything that happens would, legally, be statutory rape.
