Now that's out of the way, I would like to start by saying that it is quite insulting to me that part of my ban reason is "Absolute madman." I am a new player who is taking more time than your "average bear" if you will. 

Now, onto the situation that occurred. I was sitting in a corner with a sniper I just bought and I was testing the scope but I did not shoot a single bullet. I didn't know you can't just look at people through the scope of a gun.  The one officer that stopped me said "I'm gonna let you off with a warning." So I figured ok I'll be fine for now if I put the gun away.  So I did. Than I went on and continued playing the game.  About two hours later I'm kicked off and I'm banned. I never even spoke to a member of the staff team before I was banned. 

I also think the length of my ban is quite excessive. This is not my first ban, but this is my second ban for a BS reason. If I cannot be unbanned I would at least like this ban shortened.

May I ask: Do you have any proof that I killed anyone? If so, can you please share it?

To the best of my knowledge, I did not fire any of the rounds that were loaded. 

Even if, as you claim, I RDMed several people, a 2 month ban is quite excessive. I also find it insulting that you added "absolute madman" onto the ban reason. I'm a new player who is not trying to get banned. Every time I have gone one without Reebs(which is twice), I have been banned. If I didn't know any better I'd say the staff team has a bone to pick with me.

Last time I checked, batcave was blacklisted from weapons due to his last ban, Jarz. Then again that was about 5 hours before he was banned, so I could be mistaken. And…Venom, how could he have bought an AWP if he only had 8k(last time I spoke with him ingame) and kept asking me how to purchase anything(gun[i told him he didn't need one], car[i told him to save his money], etc). It's just not possible. He's a what? 12 hour player? I just ask that you give my buddy a second chance. He's taking longer to understand the rules than the average player. I'm trying to help him but it seems every time "I let him off his leash" if you will, he gets banned. I am copy pasting from what he is texting me, so response times may be a little longer from here on out.

Lets start at the beginning. I get a call about him randomly handcuffing people, so I start watching him. He then switched jobs to security guard and did this:

Do the logs say where he got the AWP? As I previously stated, he asked me where to buy a gun, car, etc. and I told him that when he needed it, I would teach him. 

In reguards to him lying, I had told him that over text and he replies "So I'm banned for life?" And I reply "That all depends on if you're lying or not. Are you?" And he says "No." This is the last you will hear from me unless an admin requests my input.

The banned player is to provide firm evidence to prove his innocence and explain how he hasn't lied up to this point, or the banned player will face a punishment for lying in the courthouse.

Sorry to post again, however can't the logs prove the multiple conversations between batcave and myself about purchasing guns, an the fact he was blacklisted from weapons prior to his ban? I just looked on the Blaklists page and I clicked playtime needed, and it said 13 hours and 13 min. And where would he even get an AWP as a player with as low hours as himself. I have directed batcave to the forums so he may obtain a forum account and post on this appeal directly. Please give him some time.
