Why we should unban you: I was banned some time ago for stealing a sum of money and I was accused of just running in to the place and taking it (which lead to the ban) however, this was not the case. My friend and I decided to cause a scene (Perform roleplay.)
I simply walked in with my weapon drawn, lined everyone up against the wall and ordered that the man handed over the cash, He said something along the lines of "Sure thing man, I don't want any trouble" and I understand how this had upset other players as this is their money at stake and NOT the casino owner's. I've recently started college and just simply have not had the time to play Garry's Mod or play fearless due to mounts of coursework. I take full responsibility for my actions but I beg for forgiveness as I had not intended to upset so many players.

From what I found, you scammed $55,136 from some players. That being said, we don't allow that here. Scamming such an amount is what led to you being perma banned.

An example of scamming would be if I walk up to a player and say "I'll sell you 20 fish" and then he drops the money and I leave without giving him the 20 fish. I have not scammed anyone.

Do you have any kind of evidence to prove your innocence?

Sadly any evidence I may have had will be long gone as this was a long time ago. All I can do is assure you that there was no "scamming" involved in it at all. My friend and I simply robbed a casino in a roleplay fashion as we know this is good business, shouldn't the security job have been used to prevent this? Nonetheless If it means handing over the money that I gathered from the whole scandal in exchange for my freedom, I'm all for it. I haven't abused any staff regarding the issue, this is the first ban appeal I have made.

This is a ban that was issued 2014-03-29 and our records don't go as far back as that.
You should have appealed this ban when you got it issued. Appealing it this late is rather pointless as there is no evidence to prove your innocence, and we do not unban players just because they are claiming something after waiting a long time to appeal a ban.

Hello there.
I've only just received the message about this thread from limitz on steam, as I have been offline most of the day.
I was the second person who was with him, 'his friend' the one who was watching the door to stop others entering ( but did not touch any money )
Now Enzyme yes it is very-very late to appeal this ban but as stated in the first post, Limitz has been busy for over a year with college courses and starting uni.
At the time of the ban it was only temp hence why there was no appeal before it was made perma for the same reason of 'scamming' this was not a 'scam' we RP'ed robbing a casino - a very highly profitable business hence why we robbed.
If Limitz here was to scam someone it would go something like this. *Man drops 150000 for the car limitz was 'selling', limitz picks up the money and runs away. That would be counted as scamming.
What happened here was RP'ed.
In terms of there being proof... No there is none as it was a long time ago, but in terms of 'scamming' I promise you and so does Limitz this was not a scam and no bad things were mean't to be made.
I agree this was blown over the top and if he happens to be unbanned I agree with having the money removed from his account as a in game punishment.
